We stand behind the quality of everything we produce. If there is a verified manufacturing defect or production error on our part, we will make it right.

What's covered
Product Warranty

All Granger Print Solutions products are manufactured to the highest standards. Our warranty covers verified defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Canopy Frames
Aluminum hex and square tube frames. Covers verified defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
1 Year
Printed Canopy Tops
600D PU Polyester tops. Covers verified print defects and material failures under normal outdoor use conditions.
1 Year
Walls & Table Covers
Custom printed walls and table covers. Covers verified print defects and material failures under normal use conditions.
6 Months
Flags & Banners
Advertising flags and banners. Covers verified print defects and material failures. Normal wear and wind damage are not covered.
6 Months
Apparel
Custom printed and embroidered apparel. Covers verified print cracking, peeling, and embroidery failures under normal wash and wear conditions.
90 Days
Decals & Signage
Vinyl decals and exterior signage. Covers verified premature fading, peeling, and adhesive failures under normal outdoor conditions.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim contact us within your warranty period with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect. All claims are reviewed individually and we will respond within 1–2 business days. Granger Print Solutions reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies for warranty coverage.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper storage, accidents, extreme weather conditions, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or customer-submitted artwork errors. Warranty coverage is void if products are used outside of their intended purpose or beyond their rated specifications. All warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of Granger Print Solutions.
Protect your investment
Care & Storage Instructions

Proper care and storage will significantly extend the life of your products. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect warranty coverage.

Canopy Tops & Walls
  • Always allow to dry completely before storing
  • Never store wet or damp — causes mold and mildew
  • Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid storing in extreme heat such as car trunks in summer
  • Fold loosely — avoid sharp creases
  • Clean with mild soap and water only
  • Do not machine wash or dry
Canopy Frames
  • Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt air
  • Dry thoroughly before storing in roller bag
  • Inspect joints and connectors regularly
  • Do not force or overtighten locking mechanisms
  • Store in provided roller bag when not in use
  • Do not exceed recommended wind load limits
  • Use weight bags or stakes in windy conditions
Flags & Banners
  • Remove from pole during high winds or storms
  • Store dry in provided carrying case
  • Hand wash with mild soap and cold water if needed
  • Do not machine wash or dry
  • Inspect pole hardware regularly for wear
  • Replace worn pole sections promptly
Table Covers
  • Do not machine wash or dry
  • Hand wash with mild soap and cold water only
  • Rinse thoroughly and hang dry completely before storing
  • Do not bleach or use harsh detergents
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
  • Store folded or rolled in a dry place
Apparel
  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent — avoid bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
  • Do not dry clean
Displays & Backdrops
  • Store fabric in provided carrying case
  • Keep dry — avoid moisture exposure
  • Spot clean with damp cloth only
  • Inspect hardware before each use
  • Do not force or overtighten frame connections
  • Store frame sections in provided bag
Our policy
Returns & Reprints
Custom Products
All products are custom produced to order. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or customer-submitted errors. In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or production error on our part, Granger Print Solutions will determine the appropriate resolution which may include a reprint or credit at our discretion.
Artwork Approval
All proofs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins. Once a proof is approved, Granger Print Solutions is not responsible for any errors in the approved artwork including but not limited to spelling, grammar, layout, color accuracy, or design elements. Please review all proofs carefully before giving approval — production begins upon your confirmation.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos of the damaged product and original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution. Granger Print Solutions will work with the carrier to file a claim and determine next steps.
